Section 67-2606 of the Idaho Code allows Idaho's professional and occupational licensing boards to accept military education, training, and experience to meet the requirements for obtaining a license, certification, or registration. For certain specific periods of time or during military campaigns, the armed forces have the right to prefer non-veterans when it comes to being hired in the federal public administration and retaining them during the reduction of their personnel.
